(We also have a great appreciation of chocolate, Dad jokes and like to laugh) As an HR Adviser, youll be the first point of contact for HR advice and support for our Tier 3 people leaders, leading work within your own assigned portfolio, as well as supporting the development and implementation of various HR initiatives. You will be supported by, and work alongside a talented, approachable HR Business Partner, who will provide you with the support, experience, and development opportunities to help you grow in your career. This is a broad role where the work is truly varied and interesting.
Key responsibilities include: Providing timely, accurate, quality services, advice and support to people leaders across a broad spectrum of HR matters including induction, employment relations, remuneration, payroll, recognition and reward, reporting and analytics, learning and development, performance management, health & safety, talent management and change management. Working with the HR Business Partners, Principal Adviser Capability and other members of the HR team to deliver consistent advice and services, drive collaboration and contribute to key work projects/programmes. Public sector experience will be very valuable. A strong customer focus with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships, with an ability influence and persuade.
